Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days for items in stock. If you requested a custom order or made-to-order garment, please allow up to four weeks to process. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout through USPS based on your order’s weight and destination.

Small items like bikinis, tops, and lightweight clothing typically ship in First Class Packages or Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes.

Larger items, multiple items, or heavier clothing ship via Priority Mail Medium or Large Flat Rate Boxes.
Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Studio Soraya is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Studio Soraya accepts returns for unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at studiosorayaa@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
